Ok, Ok I’m Convinced. But what does it cost?

You don't need a joiner, painter and a plumber.

It's easy to trouble-shoot, adapt and extend and will accommodate any potentially expensive after-thought additions (laminate, carpet, cables and wires).

Finally if that weren't enough the running costs are typically lower than a radiator or UFH and when you think how much it costs, £per sq/ft, to build or extend and improve a house, the useable space saved in itself more than justifies the marginal extra initial material cost.
